I’m Eileen, and I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate based in Tigard, Oregon. I offer both in-person and virtual counseling to people of all ages, including couples counseling, family counseling and play therapy.

I find it meaningful to help individuals and families navigate challenges related to anxiety, complex trauma, relationship distress, and neurodivergence. I take a systems and attachment perspective, and incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, experiential therapies and mindfulness into my work with clients.

I completed a master’s degree in marriage, couples and family counseling from George Fox University, along with specific course work and training in areas such as play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Fees

My fees are $75 per 55-minute session.

I strive to help keep therapy accessible and affordable. If cost is a barrier for you, please inquire about sliding scale and reduced fee session availability.

I do not accept insurance and am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I can provide superbills to help with out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company for more information about reimbursement eligibility based on your specific coverage.
